Incidentally, villagers from the Ourika Valley come here to trade and purchase goods. We will visit the local Berber market in Tnine Ourika (every Monday). We will stop at a Berber home to see Malika prepare Berber mint tea in her home. Then, we will stop at the local womens argan oil cooperative and see how they extract this liquid gold and transform it into luxurious cosmetics. We arrive at Setti Fatma, a beautiful picturesque spot for lunch by the river. Many tourists enjoy hiking here to see the seven waterfalls. After a leisurely lunch by the river, we will begin our return to Marrakech. Your day trip will end when your driver drops you off at your hotel or at Jammaa Elfna Square. Hiring a local trekking guide is optional. Lunch is not included. Marrakech Ourika How does a day trip to see the Atlas Mountains and explore the Berber countryside sound? Perfect! This day trip to the Ourika Valley from Marrakech is one of our most popular excursions. Together, we will explore the Atlas Mountains and follow Moroccos Berber trails.
