Day 1: Marrakech – zagora

The new town of Zagora dates back to the French protectorate, of which it was one of the administrative centers. However, the oasis, the capital of the Drâa region, had been inhabited for much longer, since it was from here that the Saadian dynasty of the Cherifian Empire set out for Timbuktu in 1591.Epic Departure from Marrakech 7:00 a.m. Your adventure begins in magnificent Marrakech. After visiting the Kasbah, you will head to Ouarzazate, a city nicknamed the Hollywood of Africa due to its film studios. You will have the opportunity to enjoy a delicious lunch there. Your journey then takes you through the picturesque Dràa Valley, a region with breathtaking desert landscapes. You will finally reach Zagora, the gateway to the Moroccan desert. There, a unique adventure awaits you. To cap off this day, you will embark on an unforgettable experience: a camel ride through the golden dunes. You will reach the bivouac in the middle of the desert, where you will witness a magnificent sunset. Under a clear, starry sky, you will spend the night, an authentic and magical experience. Day 2: Zagora - marrakech

Day explained: Early Morning Departure from Zagora The next morning, you will leave Zagora, takingwith you unforgettable memories of this night in the desert. Your destination is Ouarzazate, via the Agdz region.If time permits, you will have the opportunity to visit the famous Ouarzazate film studios, where many cinematic masterpieces have been created. You will also explore another remarkable Kasbah. After this eventful day, it will be time to hit the road back to Marrakech. You will cross the Tichka Pass again, enjoying panoramic views, before returning to Marrakech around 8:00 p.m.
